This bending die for the CP Xtra bending machine has been developed for the controlled forming of round steel and chromium-molybdenum tubes. Thanks to its robust construction, you can work with high precision, while the material retains its shape during bending, resulting in a consistent and reliable end result.

The bending die is equipped with a quick-change bending block made of solid steel, preventing common issues associated with aluminum dies such as breakage and groove spreading. The set consists of a bending block with clamping bolt, a follower block with inserts, a U-bracket, and a degree indicator. Suitable for use within the specified wall thicknesses and limited usability for stainless steel 304, but not suitable for aluminum tubes.
