Description
The CP Xtra manual tube bender is a heavy‑duty version compared to the Standard bender and is designed for precise bending of seamless precision tubes and 25CrMo4 chrome‑molybdenum tubes. Its robust construction provides increased control and force, allowing a wider range of diameters, wall thicknesses and bending radii.
The integrated anti‑springback mechanism prevents the tube from relaxing when not under load, reducing spring‑back and helping to avoid wrinkling. The unit is suitable for floor mounting and is supplied without dies. It has limited suitability for stainless steel (up to grade 304) and is not suitable for aluminium tubes.
