Cooling-off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel (withdraw from) your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including any standard delivery costs.

How can you withdraw from your purchase?

Please include at least the following information:

• Your name

• Your order number

• (If possible) the reason for the return

After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will send you further instructions.

Returning the Product

After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the product back. The costs of returning the product are at your own expense. Where reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided that we have received the product in good condition or you can provide proof that it has been returned. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to your specifications or custom-made for you

• Goods specially ordered for you that are not part of our standard product range

• Damaged goods or goods that have been installed or assembled

• Goods with damaged, soiled or missing packaging

• Goods for which it cannot be demonstrated that they were supplied by Chassisparts
