Our square steel tubes have been specifically selected for the construction of FIA-compliant seat frames used in motorsport applications. In these applications, safety, reliability, and consistent material quality are essential.

The tubes are manufactured from S235 structural steel, a widely used steel grade known for its excellent weldability, good formability, and reliable mechanical properties. With a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa and a tensile strength of 360–510 MPa, S235 provides a strong and durable foundation for seat frames and other safety-critical structures.

Quality and Certification

For applications where no compromises can be made, our S235 square tubes are supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate as standard. This ensures full traceability and documented material properties, meeting the requirements commonly found in motorsport and vehicle construction.
