GT Bender Xtra Hydraulic
Similar to the manual version
of the model XTRA but this machine already includes the 10 ton hydraulic
cylinder and adapter kit. Super heavy duty version of our bending machine model
Standard for seamless precision tube made of steel and 25CrMo4 chrome molybdenum
steel.
This model has thicker frame
plates, larger pin diameters and a die locking mechanism. The die locking
mechanism was designed to prevent the die from relaxing when not bending.
Spring-back is the #1 cause of wrinkling of the tube. This machine is easy to
adjust for tubes with an outer diameter of 20 to 60,33 mm and a wall thickness
between 1,5 to 6,0 mm.
Please note:
Check if the wall thickness of the required tube diameter lays between the
minimum and maximum wall thickness mentioned at the concerning Die Sets.
Model XTRA die sets and accessories are not interchangeable with the model
Standard die sets and accessories.
Important:
Limited suitability for stainless steel tubes (304 grade Only)
and not suitable for aluminum tubes.
The GT-bender Model XTRA Hydraulic does not include hydraulic
powerpack, oil, floor stand and die sets.
