GT-Xtra die sets 42,16 mm (1.1/4")

Suitable for our GT bending machine model XTRA for bending round steel gas pipes with outside diameter of 42,16 mm (inside diameter 1.1/4“). Fast change of bending block made from solid steel with a lifetime guarantee against breakage. This steel bending die eliminate the problems that often occur with aluminum die sets such as fracture and groove spreading.
Set consists of a bending block with clamping bolt, follow block with inserts, U-Clamp and a degree indicator.

Please note!
Gas pipe can only be bent if the wall thickness meets the value as indicated in the table below.

Important:
Limited suitability for stainless steel pipes (only 304 quality) and not suitable for aluminum pipes.
